Keelung, located in the north of Taiwan, and surrounded by mountains on three sides and sea on the other, is a several use seaport blanded with fishery, military and business roles for its important position, in addition to the transmission points of sea and land transportation harbor.
In 1951, nearly 582, 162 tons of cargo was handled by this harbor, and in 1997, it increased over to 26,291,996 tons, Keelung has a population of about 380,000 or more, the whole city covers a total area of 132,7589 square kilometers, and is abundant in rainfall and its spectacular views.
